Passenger tail light and Fog light issue

Hi all

This is my first post and I'm hoping someone can help with a tail light issue.

 

My car is a 2010 mk2 1.6 TDCI Ford Focus Titanium Estate.  The passenger side tail light (which is LED) and the fog lamp bulb aren't working.  I have looked in the manual and found which fuse supplies them and the fuse is fine.  I also checked other fuses and found no issues.  The fog lamp bulb is fine too so I'm at a loss what the issue could be, does anyone have any ideas please?
