Ford alloy wheel inserts

Featured Replies

Hello

I have a 2017 Ka plus with black alloy wheels and white plastic inserts and was wondering how to clean black marks off the inserts. I've tried tcut and WD40 but they are still there.

Thanks john

Like these? what are the black marks? tar? might be worth trying tar remover.

Yes they're the one's I'll try tar remover. I was wondering if a bit of bleach on a cloth might work as well

Bleach is an Alkaline you need something that is either mildly Acidic or a solvent like Isopropanol (IPA). There is a fair chance that Tar remover will work.
