Fiesta S 2007 Blowers/AC Being Finicky

Anyone able to provide a good starting point for this:

I originally thought the blowers on my Fiesta weren’t working at all, but while messing about with dials I found that they do work but only when just above setting 1.

 

Couple of videos to demonstrate, one with audible fan (and dashboard click) one with A/C button being pressed - it turns off instantly on any setting other than 1.2.

    You have a faulty blower motor resistor pack. Cheap and easy to fix 👍
