So I have been looking at wiring diagrams for the PFL and FL manual climate control.

 

This is what i've come up with so far

Everything I am certain about other than which belongs in blue and which belongs in black as well as Blower request.

I have looked around and I cannot find where Blower request comes from (this is FL)

As you can see pin 32 from the BCM is the Blower Request

 

This is PFL, no mention of the Blower request.

 

This is another diagram of the PFL which shows Aux. Heater Request.

 

Are they the same thing? I don't really know, if i could know what that is then I am fully set on upgrading to FL center console

Yup i've learned some stuff over the few days

Request = Switch

Blower Request means Blower Switch.
PFL does not have a blower switch, as the manual ac has no off button

FL does have a blower switch, as the manual ac has an off button
So doing a pfl to fl manual AC, only problem is that the off button won't work properly without bcm update

 

So Blower Request is BCM C3-32 on FL BCM

 

Thanks to Luke Anderson, informing what Aux Heater is, is that it's something completely else for when a diesel heats up in a really cold area.

 

I have actually fitted the FL manual AC and it's fully working beside the off button!!

How the f did you do that… Will you make some how to? 😅 good job btw
