car has been in to ford now 3 times with this fault they changed some valves in gearbox for cooling.then changed the solenoid then they updated the auto gearbox to no avail what other things can it be when the fault happens it hangs in gears crnt be good for engine to me its pointing to the torque converter but any help is appreciated.

    When you say hangs in gears, do you mean it doesnt shift into the gear you want it to?
