Estimated car sale price

Fellas, I am ready to move to another car. Most likely, a 2.0 L 2010 Focus.

How much do you think I should put my current car on sale for ?

Focus
2007
2.0L
Automatic
105k miles
3 x Godyears and 1 x Michelin pilot tyres

No MOT issues

Issues that I am aware of and needs work but I do not want to spend any more money :
New brake pads and discs required for all four wheels most likely as none replaced since 67k miles when car bought.
Moderate engine mount shake when stationary.
All alloys have kerb rashes and needs to be refurbished
Bodywork  - Front and back bumpers have been keyed ( London & supermarkets , don't ask! ) and all doors have some sort of deep scratches. Paint is also rusting towards the bottom in some places.

Serviced in 2018

Bought in 2014 for £2300.

Thinking of selling on Gumtree btw, not here.

Should I ask for £500 or just sell it to a scrapyard?

I don't get it. You say you're ready for a change in car, but what are you gaining by going from a 2007 focus to a 2010 with exactly the same engine? It will literally feel the same sat inside it.

Sure you're getting a facelift, but is it really worth the money? New discs and pads plus an engine mount won't cost very much in the grand scheme of things. Plus what's to say the 11 year old car you're about to buy won't have more issues than you currently have.

Ford stopped making 2.0L Focuses since 2010 and all the new Focuses ( bar the expensive ST, RS, etc. ) are underpowered. The other route is getting an Audi or a Beamer. But, they are beyond my budget. An old 3 series Beamer costs about the same as a 2010 Focus but I am not looking for a saloon car due to on street parking headaches.
