Hi all

Not my Fiesta with a problem this time but my Grand daughters 09 Fiesta. On the odd occasion when she switches the ignition on the boot unlocks. I suspect water ingress but thought I would check with you guys in case anyone has had this in the past and what the solution was.

    Most probably the tailgate button on the handle.

    Check out eBay for replacements.

    Thanks Unofix. Checked ebay and like you say plenty switches on there. A shame that I live 200 miles away from her or I would have changed it myself on the off chance it is the switch. Still no doubt she can find someone she knows to give it a go.
