Frozen display screen SYNC 1

Featured Replies

Hello everyone I have a 2015 ford fiesta 1.5 tdci! I have tried to search around the internet but couldn't find anyone with a similar problem. A few days ago coming off of my local highway all my music stopped suddenly, the display screen is completely "frozen" but still reacts to disconnecting bluetooth and doors being opened etc but theres no volume control no nothing. When i turn the radio on and off nothing happens except for the light in the dashboard turning off and on. I've tried to pull the fuses and disconnect all the cables but nothing worked. Any tips or should i just go get a new radio/display?
