Hi, I have recently ***** Ford Fiesta 2016 1.6 litre automatic car. In the electronic menu there is a ECO mode with little symbols that look like they can be adjusted. I’m not sure what to adjust too to try and save some fuel maybe, checked owners book but no guidance with that to point to adjusting and what settings should be. Any help appreciated.

If this is the Eco mode with petals, it's just a report on your driving, rather than anything you can adjust.  Some Mk7's do have an Eco Mode button which alters the throttle response and a few other things to save fuel, but most people don't seem to notice any real world difference in economy with the eco mode on.

On my MK4 1.5 ecoblue, eco mode made it worse! Sports mode was better

Only use the Eco mode on long motorway trips which are now virtually never lol. Have used it day to day when I first got the car but found it used more fuel than Sport mode on shorter journeys.
