Fiesta MK6 3 door, electric window issue after changing complete regulator

I have changed the full window regulator in my Fiesta MK6 3 Door drivers side today, with one from a scrap yard and it went in perfect, the only issue is now the switch operates in reveres, down is now up and up is now down, all connectors are in correct, any ideas would be very appreciated.
