I have a 2018 fiesta st line x and this morning when letting the car run idling I got a warning message saying the engine would stop in 14 seconds ok=overide anyone know if this is normal? Thanks

    I'd imagine it's just a fuel saving thing.

    The Focus MK4 does the same thing. The time to auto shut down can be selected in the IC menu. If you leave the car just idling and it has no input from the driver for a certain period of time it will switch off.

    I noticed this on a focus when my daughter was born as I had to sleep out in the car, in January. Kept being woken up when the notice popped up.
