Anyone else having issues with the above apps?

It's asking for me to accept the T's and C's and cookie policy, then get an error saying "something is not right, please try again!!"

Forgot to mention, was working fine on New Year's Day.

 

Same problem app not working just shows Ford logo but will not go into program. I have deleted the app and re-installed, but still not working. Must be a Ford Pass problem. 

Been like it for most of today. Was working fine yesterday.

Not working for me either. 

FordPass Pro not working for me either.

Stuck on the Ford logo splash screen here too, won’t progress further to the app ( iPhone iOS 15.2 ) 

Same problem here too. Was working yesterday. Account login on the ford site doesn't seem to be working either.

Ford pass is up and running this morning 👍

Worked this morning, was able to start the car up and defrost. 👍

App up but no fuel data

Fuel report works on mine.

Try clearing it from memory and opening it again in case it's got stuck from before.

Back working as normal on all fronts.

Still no fuel gauge on mine…….

Mine is working. It might need the car to check in again to update. It should do so the next time you use the car if you haven’t already today.

Thanks, not been out in car for couple of days.

Powered my phone off then back on ford pass working again now 

Yup, same here. Hangs on the T&C's the comes up with the "somethings not right, try later" message.
