My fiesta needs a new ecu, ive found a ecu for sale, ecu, keys and clocks. 

is anything else needed and would it just be plug in play if I’m swapping everything over?

    I've never know it to ever be 'Plug & Play' but there's a first time for every thing.

    Why don't you just swap the ECU and get it programmed by a Ford dealer, it will be a lot less painful ?

    Swapping everything will be a major event, don't forget the GEM / BCM and remember the mileage will need setting
