Focus tdci in limp mode

Hello guys! First Post here.

I've got a 2010 focus tdci 1.6 that keeps going into limp mode after a couple of minutes of driving. I used a obd plug and a smartphone app (car checker) which told me the following codes:

Po42f egr valve stuck shut

Po112 iat sensor 

Po114 iat sensor

I've replaced both of these, cleared the codes but the problem persists.
