Hi All,

Just wondering whether anyone has had any touchscreen issues whereby the screen doesn't work when you tap it, or if it does it won't change to the function you require (satnav, music etc) it just freezes. I've noticed the volume doesn't want to work & no music plays through the speakers. I can't turn it off usually you can just turn the car off, or open the door for the touchscreen to turn off or get out & completely lock the vehicle, however, none of that is working - when I get out & lock the vehicle the screen is left on but blanked out on a black screen & doesn't want to switch off...

Anyone know what the issue is relating too?? I drive an ST2 MK8

    Try a soft reset of SYNC3, first.

    Thanks, I’ve given it a try after disconnecting my battery overnight but it’s still intermittent.

    Update it using Ford website

    Perform a hard reset

    Turn off WIFI

    Turn off automatic updates
