Limm mode on intermittent basis

Hi guys, I have a 2013 ford focus 1.6 diesel econetic engine.

I'm currently experiencing issues, where my car goes into lim mode on intermittent basis when I am blasting the car.

 I had taken it into a garage and had my 4 fuel injector reconditioned as this this was mainly a issue, as the car was drinking alot more fuel and also hesitant for speed, and needle rev meter was going up and down.

 

 

Now that I have had the injector reconditioned,  as I went to blast my car, it went in lim mode in 3rd gear over 3000 revs, message comes up with engine malfunction, service now but there is no EML?.

I have had the car diagnostic checked but, informs me there is a rail fuel pressure sensor issue and front and left speed sensor issue too?

 

Is anyone had the same issue? If so what did u do to get resolved?

    When my previous fiesta 1.6tdci kept going to limp mode the fault code was low fuel pressure.  I replaced fuel filter and car was fine after that.
