Engine Misfire loss of power

Ford Focus CC 2009 2.0l

So DPF cleaned, and fluid refilled. Engine Malfunction light now gone off however, still losing power and occasionally stuttering prior to loss of power. I turn the engine off and restart and then can drive the car normally.

When the power goes i can rev above 1800 - 2000.

Any suggestions?
