HID ( xenon ) retro fit ? Ford Galaxy 2009

Hi , I would like to know if anyone did tried to fit the HID or Xenon headlights to an older H7 bulb setup , I sort of tried myself and the HighBeam works just fine but cannot tell if the low beam works as either it doenst support them , either these xenons that I have are burn out , as it has lots of salts in the middle of them.
