alarm annoucement on sync 3 display - ford focus 2019

Featured Replies

I have seen this mentioned in various places where people start their cars and get this 'alarm announcement' on the sync 3 screen.  My issue is slightly different, and whilst it isn't a huge deal, I would like to sort it.  I only get this message on screen when I go into the Rotherhithe tunnel in London!  No other tunnels, no other time.  It takes about 6 seconds upon entering the tunnel before it comes up, it goes off when I come out of the tunnel!  It comes up regardless of radio station, dab or fm, using usb stick for music.  Any ideas, thoughts, solutions gratefully accepted and considered!

Everything I have read has pointed to an issue with the battery, but the message normally appears when you start the engine so it may be something different for you.

It must be!  Certainly no issues with battery.  It's just so very specific!
