This is my first post on here so I hope it is in the correct place.

Recently I have bought an early 2014 1.0 Ecoboost Focus, Zetec.  I cannot find Sync or Bluetooth on the display or get them working.  The radio head is part number BM5T-18C815-HK.  The media control module part number is AM5T-14D212-EB.

The steering wheel has the voice control button.

Do these units support Bluetooth?

The radio head has been replaced at some time. The radio has a 2018 date stamp.

I hope some one can advise me.
