Oily Pipe

The pipe is just stuffed down into the top part  of the cam belt cover. Question is what the pipe is called and am I missing anything around the area and is this normal.  Photos are with pipe in place and taken out for reference. Thanks

Can't say I've taken any notice of this pipe before.  Yours is in the correct location, as in the picture below.  But I'm struggling to work out what it's function would be...  If it was a vac hose from the cam cover that would make sense (emissions reduction), but it really does appear to be attached to the cambelt cover.  :unsure:
