2012 Fiesta odometer blank

Featured Replies

My daughter has a 2012 Fiesta Titanium (Auto), the LED odometer display is blank. I have checked what I believe are the fuses and these appear Ok,

Can anyone suggest any other options please

It's late to the party for the normal problem with the solder joints, but it could be.

With the ignition on, give the top of the dash just above the instrument panel a 'thump' with your hand and see if the display flickers on.

The LCD screens do occasionally fail on these.  You can have a new LCD screen fitted.  Or just replace the whole cluster, but you will need to correct the mileage on a used cluster.

Hi all found this on the web:

I  got a second hand cluster as stated but unfortunately the one I received has the LED unit "Hard Wired "

I do not know if the one in my daughters Fiesta is removable or not, I will update with my progress when I find out.

I hope this link is of use to some people on the forum.
