Hello does anyone have any ideas how to remove the ball joint on a ford fiesta ecoboost, I'm trying to replace the full wishbone and it comes with the ball joint just can't seem to pry the old one away to remove don't have the separating fork tool I've tried with a prybar tried hammering the side which has always worked in the past

    I did this exact job last weekend...I used a cold chisel to part the knuckle and tried a bar but that didn't do much. In the end I used the cold chisel on the arm and just hammered it down until the ball joint came out of the knuckle. It was dry despite a load of WD40 which I had used to get the pinch bolt out.
