Should I adjust my camber angles?

I've just had my front wheels aligned twice; yesterday as I replaced all my tyres and today as my steering wheel was not straight after the first alignment. However the technician who aligned my wheels today, printed off the results showing me the toe and camber angles. The front left camber is almost out of limit and rear right is out of limit. Should I get this checked out or just leave it?
