Fordometer ??????

Featured Replies

In process of putting new cluster in. I like to pre-empt most eventualities, mileage correction. I understand you can go up not down, but spotted this cable and software. Anyone have any experience of it as allegedly you can go down. Will it work wit a standard Tunnelrat ELM327 lead, anyone got a link to a non russian software software download as all those i've tried seem to be blocked.

Thanks

GarageForum: "It is not running with ELM327."

Also, basing on their Facebook, it seems to be kind of bundle including both software (Fordometer 2) and special OBD cable.

Seems (Youtube videos), it's possible to decrease mileage in IC by Fordometer, but not sure whether mileage updated also to the other units.

Cheers, my current mileage is 38665, yes extreemly low on a 2007 which i'd like to protect as i wont know the mileage till fully connected.

Managed to find and dowload the software, if i can find a cable cheap.
