Door seal falling off

The door seal on the rear door of my focus is estate is hanging off (I'll show pics later on). Are they easy enough to replace? The garage wants £200 to do it, and said most of the labour is removing the old residue. I have some sticky stuff remover, and happy to spend an hour or two investing some elbow grease!

    I did mine a couple of years ago with some Gorilla glue heavy duty double sided tape.  Its been OK since.

    I see plenty of them driving about with the seals hanging out the doors even on the MK4 it's redicoulous. Some Permatex super weatherstrip adhesive would sort it.
