Focus 2012 Park Pilot Malfunction

Hi

First time posting, I have 2012 ford focus 60k Mileage.

Suddenly, when I'm putting the car in reverse it will show up as parking aid malfunction and then proceed to go into limp mode and all lights flash on dash and then go off. Car will remain in limp until the car is restarted, after which it will drive fine. However every time its put in reverse this error is happening.

I've hooked up to diagnostic but nothing coming up, only code u2005 and u0121 which don't seem related 

 

Anyone shed any light please?
