Hi i am having trouble with sync 3.0 build 20204

Hi i am having trouble with sync 3.0 build 20204 after a few days of update it started asking to put update memory stick back in but i had already formatted it and deleted of laptop as i got a new one if anyone has a copy could i have a copy to finish it unless anyone has a better solution please

    Did you update to the ford site with a log file after you updated your sync?

    If you didn't then go back and check for updates, until you upload the file to say you finished the update then the update should still be there on the ford update site.

    When your update is complete your sync puts a log file on your usb, you need to upload this file to ford, so it knows your sync is up-to-date.

    yes i did update the ford site which is why i am unable to download the update again i have researched this issue which is known and people have said to put the update back in and the issue resolves but i do not have the update to put back in
