Morning guys and gals, easy one hopefully. Will these -see pic fit my PFL without too much faffing, if they do gonna tint them before fitting.

Physically fit the same but require some wiring alteration.

Also, those are poverty spec facelift lights, the LED version look much nicer and fully illuminate the cluster...doubt they're cheap or easy to find nowadays though.

Black car, black tinted lights, great combo!

These are likely the type Tom mentioned...

Also these... not cheap LOL

They are the direction i was going, i can pick up the poverty 🤣 spec for £30.00 a pair and either spray or wrap a tint. I could change them to led bulbs, but i wouldnt have the COB effect of the more expensive, i want the look not the cost haha. I also have an ST tailgate being held for me with the overlap wing spoiler, will debadge the ST and apply a Ghia one.

40 odd years ago, I had my rear lights all switched so they could be turned off via a hidden dashboard switch! What can I say, it was Belfast at the height of the troubles, some areas weren't that great driving through at night LOL 🤣 (Hadn't a clue how to do it so it was done by a proper spark, he asked no questions!)

Whats recommended, gonna smoke spray tint, should i clear laquer after or just leave smoke, gonna use the Hycote brand, unless peoples know better.

I have sprayed numerous rear lights, I have never used clear coat on them. If you've done it properly in warm temperatures, it should dry to a nice gloss finish all by itself. Clear coating also makes eventual removal ( should you want) very difficult.
