Electronic front windows won’t work either side 2013 Ford Focus 1.6 tdci econetic

Featured Replies

Both sides of front windows stopped working suddenly but then suddenly worked again without anything being done and then stopped again over a space of weeks. I have tested fuses and removed door panels to check power is going to switches, but for it to be both sides not working i don’t think it’s the switches, my thoughts are maybe a loose connection of a connected wire between the doors (2013 Ford Focus 1.6TDCI econetic) Any thoughts?

the control for both sides goes through the drivers side master switch pack.

Thank you for your response just switched my switch pack with the same car and my switch pack operated the others car windows but theirs did not function mine, my mirrors still move but no windows

Next stage would be the to check the multi-way plug between drivers door and door post
