Cannot unlock all doors with central locking

I have a Ford Fiesta style 2007, only the driver door will unlock with the central locking, I have tried with the key in the door and using the buttons, the fuse is fine, I have tried reprogramming by holding down the unlock and lock button on the key and nothing is working, any ideas on how to sort it out as nothing seems to work 

 

All doors can be locked with the buttons on the key and I can open the boot but for some reason it won’t unlock all other doors
