Turbo Boost Vacuum normal values

Featured Replies

I have a Kuga 2008, 2.0 TDCI 4x4

I had several issues related to Turbo, EGR, DPF and I am using torquePro app while running the car to check for codes (most common which I am regularly seeing is P1335, P2263, P003A).

Already replaced the DPF, EGR, Turbo and the errors randomly reappear... this is just for context but if anybody has a clue is more than welcome.

Checking the boost/vacuum values in realtime using ODB2 provided data while driving, the following happens:

- engine on in idle mode: 0.3 boost psi

- when accelerating the boost goes up to 20 psi, no problem there

- while accelerating if I suddenly release the pedal sometimes I can see that boost becomes Vacuum between -2.0 ~ -10.0 in

80% of driving time when I release the acceleration the boost will just go back to around ~0.3

but sometimes (for 2-3 consecutive mins) when the car is in engine break mode I experience negative/vacuum values.

Is all this normal or maybe it has something to do with the above error codes...

Thanks a lot!

Recently it happens often to have -7 vacuum value even with neutral gear while the car is not accelerating at all.
