The rubber seal on the passenger rear door is coming away and hanging out the door. My ex also has a focus and had the same issue and I’ve seen lots of other focus’ with the same issue! I can’t even get it back in! 
I’ve tried to upload a picture but it is too big.

    Yeh it's very common, a bit strange that it's mainly on the rear doors.

    I bought some double sided VHB tape in 10mm and it's been fine for 6 months.

    I first tried some carpet tape but that didn't last long, so get some good stuff and clean it good first.

    Maybe silicone sealant? but I haven't tried that.
