Water on roof lining

My roof lining is wet in the n/s/r corner and causing mold just wondering if you wonderful people can give me an idea where to look?

Does the car have a sunroof ? Check roof drains are not blocked.

Check both weather seals on the tailgate and the tailgate opening.

Just had a thought !!!

I bet it is the rear screen wash pipe has become disconnected or it is leaking. You need to pull the headliner down and have a good look.

I think @unofix has nailed it, but check tailgate seal is good

Nowt better than sitting in the car whilst a friend hold the hosepipe over the back end, you'll find the leak then.

Rear roof pod too, if it has one
