Hi 

Anyone got a hornet Exhaust on their car. Any views? Do they drone.

Im looking at one with silencer.

My car is 2015 1.0 ecoboost 5dr Zetec.

    Fitted one to my car a couple of weeks ago.  It was cheap and the Milltek that was on my car when I bought it, was poorly fitted and snapped at the silencer where it had been knocking against the rear beam.

    You get what you pay for, I suppose.  They're painted black, so they stink of paint for a while until it cures properly with the exhaust heat.  I think the one on mine drones, it's not as bad now that it's starting to carbon up, but, it always will be like that.

    ive read that they corrode easily as they are mild stainless steel not full stainless like a miltek or cobra..is this true?

    I can't comment on the corrosion, they aren't stainless though.

    YouTube is the best place for uploading videos.  They can then be linked/embedded over here.

    Hi, I’ve been wanting to get a hornet exhaust on my fiesta mk7.5 since they are cheaper than Miltek, and I know you get what you pay for, it’s my daily drive too, just wanted to know if anyone has had issues in the long run of owning a hornet exhaust.

    fitted in february this year and no problems yet, maybe too early
