Help System switched off to save battery

Looking for some help. My 2020 fiesta vignale kept coming up with a msg on the dash, Sysem switched off to save battery... this happened before, and eventually the battery died. I got it replaced about 3 months ago and the messages stopped. Now the message is back and I think something must be draining the battery. Any help would be appreciated

    This is not just a Ford problem, most modern cars with so-called "smart" charging systems for emissions reasons suffer in the same way.

    As an example there is a massive thread on the Toyota owners forum on exactly the same issue and the answer, I'm afraid, is the same - buy and regularly use a charger such as those recommended in the thread above.

    I had exactly the same problem and this has worked for me, though I found out the "cure" quite early in my ownership and am still on the original battery.

    You will need a decent Smart Battery Charger. One that is quite popular is the 'Maypole' available from Amazon for around £24
