Ford Focus Titanium 2011. Engine coolant pipes under steering wheel leaking.

Hi all just looking for some advise. My engine coolant is leaking from the 2 chrome pipes that are joined under the steering wheel just left of the pedals. Has anybody had the same issue before and is there an easier fix as the seals are terrible. Thanks
