Stop & Go

Featured Replies

Hello All,

Wondering if you can assist in any way. I have a Ford Fiesta Vignale registered 10th January 2019. It's a 1.0lt ecoboost 100 PS Petrol Automatic. I have fined to my car the option packs:

  • ADVANCED AUTO PACK ASSISTANCE

  • BLISS WITH CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT

  • DRIVER ASSISTANCE PACK. PRE COLLISION ASSIST WITH PEDESTRIAN DETECTION. DISTANCE INDICATION AND DISTANCE ALERT. ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL.

My question is that later models with the Driver Assistance pack are also fitted with stop & go for automatics- can my car be updated/upgraded to include this stop & go function- if so what does it entail & the likely cost.,

I believe Stop and go is 21MY plus and is only used in conjunction with the new 7 speed DSG not the 6F15 Torque converter auto fitted to your Fiesta.

You should have braking function with cruise control as you have ACC but Stop & Go probably requires a completely different ABS module and Cruise Control module and, probably, PCM.

And the 7 speed transmission
