Can anybody help me how can I make my footwell lights work?

Hello guys.

So I Have a a focus from 2007 (left-hand sided if thats matter).  I have the bulb holders, they are wires coming out from them, but they are not connected to my GEM modul (i suppose), cause they dont work, even tho I put the right bulbs in. Tried to look up on the forum, tried a few method, none worked for me or maybe I was doing something wrong. Can anybody help me out how can I make them work with this specific GEM modul? Or do I need a new one?...

    make sure you have a fuse in place all i can think of hth

    @mrmetallicathe fuse isnt the problem, I have checked it before. just some focuses have came out with the pre built lighbulb holder with wires for them, yet they were lazy to actually connect to the GEM modul, atleast thats what I read on some places

    i cant imagine them doing that ? if it is just find the fuse location and connect to the fuse box

    Have you used FORScan to change the settings in the GEM to tell it that there are footwell lights now fitted ?

    Look for the settings of interior lights, and you should find an option to select 'with footwell'
