Focus MK3 Ecoboost 1.0 Engine - Repair or Scrap?

Hey everyone,

I have a Ford Focus MK3 with 141.000k and the car lost coolant for a while.
Now the Repair Shop says it engine is dead. Fine crack in the engine head and I need to replace it for about 6-7k Euros

Is it worth doing so, or will there be typical next big repairs be around the corner?
My parents faired pretty will with other Ford...
