Ford Focus - door pillar trim coming away from car

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a: Ford Focus Hatchback 1.6 Zetec 5dr 2008 Petrol.

Over the past few weeks while driving down the motorway I have noticed
that the Passenger Side Door Pillar trim (next to the front passenger door),
has started to come away from the car when the wind passes while driving.

It looks like the bottom and middle clips have failed as when I push them
back in it no longer retains them and the come straight back out of the
holes in the door. (please refer to the attached photos).

Does anyone know how best to fix the trim again so it does not come away?
As not sure how long it will last until it gets blown off when driving down the motorway.

If there is now way to fix it, does anyone know where I can get a replacement part?
and what exactly the correct part name is, so I don't get the wrong one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Mark
