I know many motor factors add a surcharge until the old calliper is returned.  So just wondering where they send them?  And if anyone can do it or trade only?

Got a faulty calliper here and would rather return it for refurb than just dump it if possible.

I work for a Motor Factors up here in Wakefield and we use a company called GB Automotive in Ossett (near Wakefield). They do a lot of business throughout Yorkshire and the North of England but don't have a website.

A lot of the calipers we supply DON'T have a surcharge on them but we occasionally do get old calipers sent back and just take them to GB for refurbishing/disposal. I'm guessing you may have someone similar down there in Suffolk as shipping costs would obviously be quite expensive up to Ossett ??

I can't drive at the moment, so it's easiest to ship even locally.  Should only cost about £3 to post I think.

Caliper I bought for a jazz a few weeks ago wasn't a return or surcharge. The motorfactor didn't want it back at all when I asked. First time I've had that. Went in the metal recycling at our local landfill.
