Replace Sony Unit with After market Android unit

Hi,

I am very new to cars  so please forgive me if I am wrong.

I recently got a 2013 Ford Focus Titanium Navigator. It has a Sony radio unit installed. Can I replace that unit with a android unit like this https://bit.ly/43oFcaz?

Does anyone know if I can replace that unit at all or am I stuck with it? I dont mind if I lose functionality like radio as I will using android auto anyway. I just dont want to lose climate control or anything like that.
