Hi guys,

 

I need advice. For the better part of a year and a half, my car has had an issue with intermittent engine light coming on and off and I keep getting the error on my FordPass app which I've attached. I've had it with the dealership 3 times now. First they said it was the EGR which they apparently fixed. A few days later the light appeared again, the same dealership again charged me diagnostics and for doing a manual regen on the DPF. Today, it's appeared again. This time the dealership has refused service. Has anyone had the attached error and what have you done?

    Yup! I think they took umbrage that I went to Ford and dearth through them and I had expressed I wasn't happy after the first time

    Have you got Forscan?  That should give us a more precise fault code to work with.

    I don't mate. From the diagnostics they ran the last twice it was coming up insufficient flow EGR & DPF..

    Thanks but that's not really accurate enough to starting guessing parts for.  I would recommend getting Forscan as this seems to be a reccuring issue.  Will pay for itself quickly.
