Electrical problem with MK2 focus

First time I've seen a radio cause issues like this on the Mk2.  Will have to add that to the list of dodgy electronic parts along with the GEM & the cluster. :unsure:

Welp it looks like I'm the lucky one to get this weird issue. Right now I am about to do a 70 KMs return trip with the faulty radio plugged in, just to double check if it gets weird again.

It didn't do it. But the radio is definitely problematic because signal kept cutting off. Compared to the newer Sony I had plugged in, it was terrible sound-wise. One moment it was loud, and the other was not.
