As Ian has said your engine has a dry belt. I assume that since you are asking it's never been changed which is very concerning. Wet or Dry the timing belt has to be replaced at a maximum age of 10 years. I stress this is the maximum age regardless of the mileage.

That'll be the 2.0 EcoBlue engine with 2 wetbelts.

What mileage or years should these be changed on?

2019 S-Max is probably 2.0 EcoBlue?  So officially 144k miles or 10 years, but many would recommend lower, perhaps 80k or 8 years, for reduced risk of belt failure writing off the whole engine.
