Swapping st250 seats into mk3 2012 Ford focus estate

Hi this is my first time posting but am super stuck with different info I’ve found about swapping seats I have a Ford focus 2012 titanium estate and found some decent seats I got which are :Ford focus st250 recaro mk3 mk3.5 11-18  I read info online that you can swap the seats and purchased them. are there any adjustments to make to fit them in and how does the electrical hook up work ?
mom quite new to this but couldn’t bare my old seats and presumed the ad said mk3 11-18 they would fit ?
