Hi there, so I had a thought to make my mk3 Focus Zetec look like a Zetec s

I just want to know, what's the general consensus with doing something like this?

Is it frowned upon to "upbadge"?

Seems although a Zetec s is just a standard model with a body kit & sport suspension.

    It's actively encouraged by many insurance companies 🤣. It gives them the opportunity to increase your premium with virtually zero risk to them. Of course you could just not tell them (naughty), and hope they don't find out and then void your claim if you should need to make one.

    Could say the same about the ST! :laugh: 

    If you want to fit ZS bumpers and a lowering kit to a Zetec I don't think anyone would mind.  It's more fitting ST badges to a 1.0 that makes people 'in the know' chuckle...

    It will probably be cheaper just to sell yours and buy a zetec s, as the insurance costs will be lower, I’d also imagine the parts could get expensive too.
