2010 Fiesta Radio unit

Featured Replies

Hi all, i have a question i hope some of you could give me advice on. Basically, i have a 2010 Fiesta Zetec (maybe a MK7, i'm not sure), and i'm thinking of upgrading the radio / clock unit to one of those multimedia units that are touch screen, have GPS, bluetooth, rear camera etc.

I just want to know, a) if this is actually possible? And b) if anyone has any recommendations on what units to get?

Thanks!

(p.s i did write this a few hours ago but don't think it posted so sorry if it's here twice)

I looked into this with our 10 plate, everyone I asked said it's not possible, but doable if you have the 7.5 updated car with the blue instruments.

Yeah i've read different things about it being possible or not. Hmm how do i know if i've got the 7.5 updated car or not? Which bits are supposed to be blue?

I'm not expert here but if your clocks & display are red, then I'd just forget the whole idea, unless you want to spend a lot of money getting some electrical wizard to wire things up, then you'll need forscan to alter things.

Mk7.5 wasn't released until late 2012.  A 2010 will definitely be Mk7.

Can't see why it wouldn't be possible.

Don't the android units just replace the head unit?

A 2010 is definitely a MK7
