MK6 Fiesta speed limiter retrofit

Featured Replies

Hey everyone!

We have a 2012 MK6 Fiesta that only has the steering wheel controls for the stereo (i.e. no cruise). I was wondering if it would be possible to retrofit speed limiter controls to this MK Fiesta as I have only seen controls that appear to be cruise only, or are we stuck with either OEM buttons for cruise only or an aftermarket cruise install that also has speed limiter?

Hi Tom,

A 2012 Fiesta would normally be referred to as a Mk 7 in the UK which might help with searches - there are several old threads on here on retrofitting cruise e.g.

Quite a few video guides on You Tube also eg:

Iirc cruise control was only standard on the Titanium, and speed limiter was never available, so it would be an aftermarket solution as you suggest to get both.
